Who We Are
The Yellow Tea Rose Foundation, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Our mission is to advance educational, charitable, and philanthropic initiatives through the development of financial and human resources in support of leadership development, scholarship, humanitarian service, cultural enrichment, educational programming, and scientific and health-related pursuits. Through focused programs and community partnerships, the Foundation endeavors to empower, enrich, and enhance the lives of individuals and families in Jacksonville, Florida, Duval County, and the surrounding areas.
The foundation was established in partnership with the Gamma Omicron Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and serves as a tax-exempt vehicle for community fundraising, scholarships, grants, and charitable giving.
